Home to (18) rentable storage units, the building stands 50’x252’x14.917’/17’ when raised and has high ceilings, which allow it to accommodate boats, RVs, or other oversize storage needs. Comprised of rugged, sustainable steel parts, the Regency Storage Systems mini storage building has an attractive, painted exterior, while a heavy-duty single-slope Galvalume roof with 0.5:12 pitch helps protect items stored inside the building from above.
All (18) storage units in the boat and RV storage complex are 14’x50’ and have large, 12’X14’ framed door openings, and inside of each opening is one of (18) 12’x14’ roll-up doors. The building also has 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes separating the storage units inside.
The metal mini-storage building also has several customizations made with respect to the climate characteristics of the area. It has gutters and downspouts, which help protect the building against condensation. It also has a 43-PSF snow load and a 115-mph wind rating in compliance with local building codes.
