The 80’x150’x10’ Gray mini storage building with Polar White trim has higher ceilings than many self-storage buildings, maximizing space for renters, and a hardy Galvalume roof with gutters and downspouts and a 0.5:12 pitch sits overhead.
The building contains the following mix of storage units, with Polar White hallways and 29-gauge steel partitions separating the units.

As far as doors, the self-storage building contains (2) 3’x7’, (19) 4’x7’, and (60) 8’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, all of which are Royal Blue. It also features 6” of roof insulation and 4” of wall insulation, which guard against condensation and create an interior environment ideal for self-storage.
Additional mini storage building customizations that keep the building compliant with building and engineering codes include a 7-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
Located in western Tennessee, McKenzie is where Carroll, Henry and Weakley counties converge. It sits about 17 miles outside Paris, Tennessee, and about 20 miles from Milan, Tennessee.
