Attractive and engineered to meet or exceed local building codes, the insulated metal mini storage building is 40’x180’x10’ in size and has higher ceilings than most mini storage buildings, creating additional usable storage space. Light Stone in color, the mini storage building serves as a reliable place for locals to store personal or business assets while protecting them against harsh weather, potential theft and other hazards.

Providing protection overhead is a corrosion-resistant, 24-gauge standing-seam Galvalume gable roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch, and inside, the building boasts (40) rentable storage units in several different sizes. The mini storage building contains:

• (9) 10’x30’ storage units with 9’x8’ framed door openings
• (16) 10’x20 storage units with 9’x8’ framed door openings
• (11) 10’x10’ storage units with 9’x8’ framed door openings
• (4) 5’x10’ storage units with 4’x8’ framed door openings.

Each storage unit has its own point of entry, and in total, the self-storage building contains (36) 9’x8’ and (4) 4’x8’ mini storage doors, all of which are Dark Teal in color and feature stainless-steel latch hardware. There are also hardwearing, 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separating the storage units inside the building.

The mini storage building also has several climate-related customizations, including gutters, downspouts, a 115-mph wind load and a 35-psf roof snow load. The roof of the mini storage building contains a 3” layer of insulation with a vapor inhibitor that serves as an additional line of defense against condensation.
