The self-storage business has Polar White walls and is 20’x180’x8.5’, making it well-suited for general storage needs. Inside, it has the following mix of storage units.

Each storage unit has a High-Gloss White Model 650 door, and moveable partition panels with Galvalume finishes break the interior of the building into separate storage units. A 3” vapor barrier with WMP-VRR facing helps protect items stored inside by helping guard against condensation and mold growth.
Other mini storage building features include gutters and downspouts, which help preserve the steel building’s integrity by keeping moisture at bay, and a 95-mph wind load, which complies with local building codes.
