Regency Steel Buildings delivered this pre-engineered metal mini storage building to a client in Mayfield, Kentucky in September of 2022.

Supplied for use as a self-storage business, the metal mini storage building has (10) spacious storage units inside and features high ceilings, making it well-suited for traditional boat or RV storage. Standing at 35’x140’x12.55’/14′, the building has heavy duty steel partitions with trim separating the interior into separate units and a rugged, corrosion resistant galvalume single-sloped roof with a 0.5:12 pitch overhead.

The self-storage business had (10) 10’x35′ storage units available for consumers or businesses, and each one has one of (10) 12’x12′ mini storage doors with stainless steel latches and chain hoists. The roof also features gutters and downspouts and has DripX condensation control pre-applied, all of which help preserve the mini storage’s structural integrity.

Fabricated in line with local building and engineering codes, the steel self-storage building also has a 115-mph wind load and a snow load of 12.6-psf. Part of Graves County in western Kentucky, the city of Mayfield lies 22 miles northeast of Fulton and about 26 miles south of Paducah.
