Pair of Self-Storage Buildings Supplied in Cassville, Missouri

Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pair of prefabricated metal mini storage buildings for a client in Cassville, Missouri, in October 2022.

Designed for traditional self-storage use as well as the storage of boats and RVs, the buildings contain a combined (68) storage units between them. The buildings are sized as follows and feature the following mix of storage units inside.

Building A is 30’x100’x8.5’ and has:

• (24) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ door openings
• (8) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ door openings
• (16) 10’x15’ units with 9’x7’ door openings
• (8) 10’x20’ units with 9’x7’ door openings

Building B is 35’x106’x10.5’x12’ and has:

• (1) 5’x10’ unit with a 4’x8’ door opening
• (3) 10’x10’ units with 9’x8’ door openings
• (8) 12’x35’ units with 9’x7’ door openings

Every storage unit has its own Model 650 mini storage door with stainless-steel latch hardware, and steel partitions separate one storage unit inside from the next. Other features added to help guard against condensation and water damage include gutters and downspouts with kickouts and DripX condensation control, which was pre-applied to the buildings’ roof panels.

Engineered to adhere to local building codes, the steel mini storage buildings also feature 15.4-psf roof snow loads and 100-mph wind loads. Located in southwest Missouri, Cassville sits within Flat Creek Township, in Barry County. It sits about 60 miles southwest of Springfield and about 200 miles outside Kansas City.
