Manufactured by Regency Steel Buildings for a longtime customer in Warrensburg, Missouri, these metal buildings are now part of a self-storage facility.
Supplied in October 2022, the buildings feature units in a variety of sizes and bring another (52) storage units to the western Missouri region.
Building A is 30’x120’x10.25’/11.5’ and has a single-slope roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch. Inside, it has:
• (12) 10’x10’ storage units
• (12) 10’x20’ storage units
Building B is 40’x120’x8.5’ and has a gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. Inside, it has:
• (10) 10’x10’ storage units
• (5) 10’x15’ storage units
• (6) 10’x20 storage units
• (5) 10’x25’ storage units
• (2) 10’x30’ storage units
Each unit has one of (52) painted mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches, and heavy-duty steel dividers create individual storage units in each building. The roofs of both self-storage buildings have gutters and downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to their panels, helping keep the buildings watertight.
Both mini storage buildings also have 115-mph wind ratings and 21-psf roof snow loads to meet local building codes. Part of Johnson County, Warrensburg sits roughly 30 miles west of Sedalia, Missouri, and about 90 miles west of Jefferson City.
