Regency Steel Buildings worked closely with a business owner in Cassville, Missouri, to design and supply this pair of steel mini storage buildings in October 2023.
Designed for traditional self-storage as well as boat or RV storage, the spacious, durable mini storage buildings feature (68) storage units between them. Each storage unit has private access thanks to a Satin White Model 650 mini storage door with stainless-steel latch hardware, and steel partitions create separate storage units inside.
Both mini storage buildings have eye-catching Burgundy exteriors, Charcoal trim and customizations that help keep them watertight. Along their roofs, both buildings have gutters and downspouts with kickouts, and both also have DripX condensation control pre-applied to their roof panels, creating another layer of protection against moisture.
The self-storage complex has units in a wide variety of sizes, making it well-suited for consumers with a wide variety of storage needs.
