A corrosion-resistant Galvalume single-slope roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch sits overhead, protecting stored items from the elements. The roof has gutters and downspouts that help prevent water damage, mold and mildew, and the roof panels all have DripX condensation control pre-applied, which creates an additional barrier against condensation.

Inside the business, each storage unit has one of (28) 10’x8’ Model 650 roll-coil doors providing access inside. Engineered to meet or beat the building codes in place in the region, the mini storage building also has a 115-mph wind rating and a 7-psf roof snow load.

Situated in central Oklahoma, the city of Blanchard extends into Grady and McClain counties. The community sits about 28 miles southwest of central Oklahoma City and is part of the Tri-State Area, alongside Newcastle and Tuttle.
