Standing 20’x64’x8.5’, the self-storage business has heavy-duty 29-gauge dividers separating the inside into individual storage units, and overhead, it has a painted steel gable roof with gutters, downspouts, a 3:12 roof pitch and DripX condensation control pre-applied.
Each renter accesses his or her storage unit through one of (16) 6’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. The metal mini storage building also complies with the building and engineering codes in place in La Grande, featuring a 102-mph wind rating and a 25.2-psf snow load.
