Regency Steel Buildings supplied (8) metal mini storage buildings for a large self-storage facility in Española, New Mexico.
Together, the buildings have (158) storage units available for rent, fulfilling a growing need for more storage space in this part of north-central New Mexico. Renters can access their storage units through Model 650 mini storage doors, and the buildings all have several upgrades in place to prevent condensation and keep everything inside dry and safe. There are gutters and downspouts along the roofs of the buildings, and they also have DripX condensation control pre-applied to their roof panels.
