4-Building Metal Self-Storage Complex Supplied in Heber Springs, Arkansas

A Regency Steel Buildings client wanted to open a (4)-building mini storage facility in Heber Springs, Arkansas, and purchased this quartet of buildings to house the business in April 2023.

All (4) buildings blend well with the surrounding natural landscape thanks to Charcoal walls, Gray trim and eye-catching Forest Green mini storage doors. Altogether, the buildings have (85) storage units available for rent, allowing them to generate a reliable stream of rental income for the owner.

Each metal mini storage building has 29-gauge dividers with Galvalume finishes serving as interior walls.  Each structure also has several customizations that help prevent condensation, mold and mildew, including gutters and downspouts with kickouts along the roofs and DripX condensation control on the roofs’ steel panels.

Building A – 45’x140’x14’1”/16’; single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch

Renters of storage space can access their units ‘round-the-clock through one of (10) 4’x7’, (55) 9’x7’ or (20) 12’x14’ storage doors with stainless-steel latches. All (4) mini storage buildings also meet local building code requirements, boasting 115-mph wind ratings and 8.4-psf roof snow loads.

Located in Cleburne County in north-central Arkansas, Heber Springs lies about 40 miles south of Mountain View and about 62 miles north of Little Rock.
