Each building has (8) large storage units inside, bringing another (24) storage units to the area. Each mini storage building has a striking Polar White exterior and Charcoal trim, giving it nice curb appeal, and they all feature upgraded, painted Polar White single-slope roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead.

Located 11 miles south of Susanville in Lassen County, Janesville, also known as Lassen, sits along the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It sits about 125 miles east-southeast of Redding.
