Regency Steel Buildings sent the kits for these (3) metal mini storage buildings to Pioneer, California, during the summer of 2023. They are now part of a (60)-unit mini storage complex, helping generate a steady stream of rental income for the owner, who rents out each unit for a fee.
All three buildings have upgraded, Brilliant White painted roof panels complementing their Tan walls, Hunter Green trim and Forest Green mini storage doors. Well-suited for renters with traditional self-storage needs, the buildings have gutters and downspouts with kickouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to their roof panels, all of which help prevent condensation and damage to stored goods.
Each building has 29-gauge steel wall partitions separating the storage units inside, and they come in the following sizes and feature the following storage unit mixes inside.
Building A
40’x80’x8.5’; gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch
- (8) 10’x10’ storage units
- (12) 10’x20’ storage units
Building B
