A resident of Fort Dodge, Iowa, recognized a growing demand for storage space in north-central Iowa and purchased these (2) Regency Steel mini storage buildings to house a new self-storage business.
Between them, the buildings bring another (102) rentable storage units to the region in a variety of sizes.
