Mountain Grove, Missouri Metal Mini Storage Building

The owners of several existing Regency Steel mini storage buildings in Mountain Grove, Missouri, saw a need for more storage units in the region and bought this new, (26)-unit self-storage building to help fulfill it.

Durable and built to last, the building has a Tan exterior, a Hunter Green roof and Forest Green doors granting each renter access to his or her rented unit. Designed to protect stored goods from the elements, extreme temperatures, moisture and other hazards, the building features rugged, quality steel construction and has DripX condensation control pre-applied to its roof panels.

The 30’x110’x8.5’ steel self-storage building has a 0.5:12 roof pitch and the following storage units for rent inside:

(5) 10’x10’ units
(10) 10’x15’ units
(5) 10’x20’ units

Renters can access their units through one of either (6) 4’x7’ or (20) 9’x7’ mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches, and separating each storage unit from the next is a rugged, 29-gauge steel wall partition. The mini storage complex also features a 115-mph wind rating and a 10.5-psf roof snow load to meet local building code requirements.

Located within Wright County and the Ozarks region of south-central Missouri, Mountain Grove sits roughly 66 miles east-northeast of Ozark.
