A customer in New Albany, Mississippi, identified a growing need for storage space in northern Mississippi and purchased these (2) metal mini storage buildings to create a new self-storage business.
Delivered to New Albany in July 2023, the identical buildings are each 30’x160’x8.5’ and feature (64) 10’x15’ storage units for rent between them, helping generate a sizable revenue stream for the business owner. Each building features rugged, reliable steel construction, resulting in optimal protection for renter goods, and each has 29-gauge dividers breaking up their interiors into individual storage units.
Each storage unit has one of (64) 9’x7’ mini storage doors with weather stripping and a stainless-steel latch providing private access for its renter. The building components also arrived onsite in pre-assembled, carefully labeled packages, leading to a quick and easy erection process.
Designed to keep everything stored inside safe and dry, the buildings boast several custom features, including gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the metal roof panels. They also have 8.4-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind ratings in line with local building codes.
Located in Union County, New Albany sits along the Tallahatchie River; about 193 miles northeast of Jackson.
