The owner of multiple Regency Steel mini storage facilities in Montana wanted to open yet another self-storage facility in Bozeman and purchased another (3) mini storage buildings to house it.
All (3) buildings have high ceilings, making them well-suited for storing traditional goods as well as boats, RVs and other oversize items. Gray in color with a combination of Gray and Charcoal-colored trim, the buildings have a modern, contemporary appearance and boast (132) storage units for rent among them.
Buildings A & B
Buildings A and B are 60’x300’x14’ and have gable roofs with a 1:12 pitch. Inside, each has:
- (48) 12.5’x30’ storage units
Building C
Building C is 80’x270’x16’ and has a gable roof with a 1:12 pitch. Inside, it has:
- (36) 15’x40’ storage units
In total, the mini storage facility has (96) 10’x12’ and (36) 12’x14’ Wasabi-colored roll-coil doors with chain hoists distributed throughout. Other notable upgrades include gutters and downspouts that help with drainage and 29-gauge steel dividers that break up the interiors of the buildings into individual storage units. Both buildings also have 2.5” vapor barriers in the roof, which boost energy bills and help prevent heated or cooled air from escaping.
Engineered for the climate characteristics of the Bozeman area, all (3) mini storage buildings have 115-mph wind ratings and 35.2-psf snow loads. Part of Gallatin County in southwestern Montana, Bozeman lies about 84 miles east of Butte and 125 miles west of Billings.
