Regency Steel Buildings sent this trio of prefabricated metal mini storage buildings to a business address in Buffalo, New York, in November 2022.

Engineered to stand strong during Buffalo’s heavy seasonal snowfall, the buildings offer a combined (106) storage units among them. Intended for traditional storage use, the buildings offer unmatched strength and durability, resulting in reliable protection for renter goods kept inside.

All three buildings feature gutters and downspouts along the roof that help rain and snow drain off without damaging their exterior walls. All buildings in the self-storage complex also have modest 0.5:12 roof pitches and feature 29-gauge steel partitions that separate the storage units inside. All storage units offer private access via one of either (12) 4’x7’ or (94) 9’x7’ mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. All three buildings also have 115-mph wind loads and high, 58.5-psf roof snow loads in line with local building codes.
