The owner of a successful central Wisconsin mini storage business wanted to rent out more storage units to meet growing demand in the region and purchased these (2) Regency Steel self-storage buildings in August of 2023.
Spacious and durable, the buildings cater to consumers looking to store home goods, business assets and oversize items like boats, RVs and snowmobiles. The buildings have a modern, professional look and feel and blend well with the surrounding natural landscape thanks to Desert Sand exterior paint and a combination of Desert Sand and Fern Green trim. Together, they have (20) storage units available for rent, helping generate a reliable stream of revenue for the owner.
The buildings come in the following sizes and feature the following storage units, with heavy-duty steel partitions breaking the interiors into separate units.
