Boasting an attractive Desert Sand-colored exterior, the building currently undergoes use as a self-storage business. Comprised of rugged, quality steel parts, it stands 40’x100’x9.5’ following a relatively simple erection process, and its roof is comprised of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume paneling.
Each rentable storage unit needs its own private access point, and found throughout the self-storage facility are (26) framed openings. Included are (8) 4’x8’ framed openings enclosing (8) 4’x8’ mini storage doors and (18) 9’x8’ framed door openings, each of which encloses one of (18) 9’x8’ metal mini storage doors.
A 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as additional customizations that comply with applicable building codes and enhance l durability given the climate of Remlap of the surrounding region. Located in north-central Alabama’s Blount County, Remlap is an unincorporated area. It sits about 12 miles southwest of Oneonta; about 10 miles south of Locust Fork.
