Durable, secure and low maintenance, the metal mini storage building offers unmatched structural integrity, and it now serves as a self-storage facility. Comprised of premium-quality steel parts, it stands 40’x100’x8.5’ in size, and it contains (26) smaller storage units distributed throughout.
Protecting the steel self-storage building from above is a rugged, reliable Galvalume steel roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, while (26) framed openings offer access to individual storage units. Distributed throughout the self-storage center are (8) 4’x7’ framed openings enclosing (8) 4’x7’ mini storage doors and (18) 9’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (18) 9’x7’ mini storage doors.
