This trio of steel buildings was supplied by Regency Steel Buildings to LHRP in Semmes, Alabama in June of 2013.
The three mini storage buildings each have galvalume roofs and measure 20’x114’9’ with roof pitches of ½: 12. The first metal building has four 4×7 framed openings, two 7×7 framed openings, and twenty 9×7 framed openings. The second metal building has six 7×7 framed openings and eighteen 9×7 framed openings. The third metal building has two 7×7 framed openings, two 5×7 framed openings, four 10×7 framed openings, six 9×7 framed openings, and eighteen 4×7 framed openings. All of the steel buildings are rated to withstand wind loading of 90 MPH and snow loading of 30 GSL in order to be in compliance with building codes in Mobile County, Alabama.
The three buildings are located in Semmes which is about 17 miles away from Mobile and 172 miles away from Montgomery. Mini Storage Outlet provided walkdoors, exterior rollup doors and 170 29 gauge R-Panel in addition to 300’ of gutters and downspouts for the three self-storage buildings.
