Engineered for use as a self-storage center, the building offers supreme strength and durability, protecting renter goods against the elements, thieves and similar potential hazards. Once erect, the metal mini storage building stands 20’x150’x8.5’ in size, while its roof is comprised of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel panels and has a 0.5:12 pitch.
The self-storage business has (76) storage units available throughout the grounds, each of which boasts its own access point. Distributed throughout the facility are (44) 9’x7’ openings housing (44) 9’x7’ metal mini storage doors and (32) 4’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (32) 4’x7’ framed openings. In adherence to building code requirements in place across California’s Nevada County, a 15-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as additional mini storage complex features.
Located in Northern California, Nevada City is home to South Yuba River State Park. It sits about 60 miles outside Sacramento and about 84 miles outside Reno, Nevada.
