Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) metal self-storage buildings for a buyer in Alamosa, Colorado in early October of 2013. Together, they comprise a mini storage complex.
The first of the buildings stands 20’x200’x8.5 feet and has a 0.5:12 roof pitch, while the second stands 20’x79’x9.2’, and also has a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Both are covered by Galvalume roofs, though they differ in that Building A boasts a gable roof, as well as (40) 10’x10’ units with 8’x7’ framed openings, while Building B has a single-slope roof, and houses (2) 20’x10’ units with 8’x7’ framed openings. Together, they feature a total of (94) 8’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, and both buildings were constructed with ground snow loads of 43 lbs. in consideration of Colorado’s considerable seasonal snowfall.
