Customization
Nearly all aspects of our self-storage buildings are customizable, including floor plan and color scheme. Take a look at some of our more popular floor plans, but keep in mind that we can customize your floor plan to any unit mix desired. Mini storage units typically feature 26-gauge roll-up doors, which are available wind-rated or non wind-rated, and we offer both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled units. Our mini storage units can also be customized to adhere to any existing county load requirements in your area.
Site Plan & Feasibility Studies
If desired, Regency Steel Buildings can provide a simple unit layout on your plot plan, or, if preferable, a comprehensive plan that takes into account such considerations as changes in property elevations, recommendations from your feasibility study, unit mixes based on market demand and maximum land utilization. Additional considerations might include zoning ordinances, setbacks, buffering ordinances, landscaping, storm drainage, utility upgrade requirements and fire lane widths.
The main goals of a feasibility study are to determine whether a particular project makes sense or not. Should you build or not? We can order you a feasibility study specific to the storage industry and your particular county. This study which is essentially a “blue print” of your business plan and investment venture that offers critical insight as to what buildings to purchase and the degree of success you can expect with your venture. A feasibility study can more than pay for itself by eliminating the poor or uninformed decision-making that can result from insufficient knowledge of the self-storage industry.
