Regency Steel Buildings was the supplier of this pre-engineered mini storage building in Ashland, Maine in 2020.
Durable and low maintenance, the Regency Steel building now serves as a mini storage business and features storage units the owner rents out in exchange for a monthly fee. Upon erection, the metal mini storage building is 15’x160’x7.9’ and has (16) rentable storage units throughout.
The metal self-storage building has a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a mild 0.5:12 pitch providing reliable protection from above.
