Comprised of durable, high-quality steel parts, the building has a Gray exterior and Charcoal Gray trim and overhead, a matching Gray single-slope roof with a modest 0.5:12 pitch provides reliable protection from the elements.

Inside the self-storage business are (5) 10’x20’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings, and each has its own 9’x7’ Model 650 Wasabi Green-colored mini storage door with chateau bezel stainless-steel latch hardware. There is also (1) additional 9’x7’ Model 650 Wasabi Green-colored mini storage door with chateau bezel stainless-steel latch hardware offering entry into the public part of the mini storage building. Heavy-duty, 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes function as dividers between storage units.

Other mini storage building upgrades and customizations include gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on the roof, all of which help keep the structure watertight. A 25.2-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind load are additional enhancements that keep the building compliant with local building and engineering code requirements.
