Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Bandon, Oregon

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (4) metal mini storage buildings for a customer in Bandon, Oregon in December of 2019.

All (4) mini storage buildings are engineered by Regency Steel Buildings and together, they comprise a large self-storage facility. The first building, Building A, is 40’x180’x11.5’, while Building B is 30’x180’x9.5’ once erect. The third mini storage building, Building C, is 20’x180’x9.5’ in size, while Building D boasts a finished size of 50’x231’x16’.

All (4) buildings have rugged Galvalume roofs with 2:12 pitches and gables designs, providing reliable protection for items stored inside. Distributed among the (4) buildings are (116) rentable storage units ranging in size. Building A has (15) 12’x10’ units, each with one of (15) 10’x10’ framed openings, and (15) 12’x30’ units, each with one of (15) 10’x10’ framed openings.

Building B contains (18) 10’x10’ units with (18) 9’x8’ framed openings and (18) 10’x20’ storage units, each featuring one of (18) 9’x8’ framed openings. Building C contains (36) 10’x10’ units, each featuring one of (10) 9’x8’ framed openings, and, finally, Building D features (14) 14’x50’ angled storage units with (14) 12’x14’ framed door openings.

Each storage unit has an accompanying door. Found throughout the self-storage business are (72) Janus Model 650 9’x8’ mini storage doors with stainless steel latches, (30) 10’x10’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, also with stainless steel latches, and (15) 12’x14’ Janus Model 2000 roll-coil doors with Pantheon operators.

Other customizations include DripX condensation control applied to the roofs of all (4) mini storage buildings and gutters and downspouts, the latter of which also have downspout outlets. Other added features include 120-mph wind loads and 21-pound snow loads, which adhere to local building codes.

Situated along the south side of the Coquille River, Bandon is part of western Oregon’s Coos County. It lies about 78 miles from Roseburg and about 20 miles from Myrtle Point.
