Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) metal mini storage buildings for a buyer in Beebe, Arkansas in 2009.
Crafted from Regency Building components, the buildings all have single-slope roofs and 0.5:12 roof pitches, and together serve as a mini storage facility. The first of the (3) buildings stands 20’x85’x9.5’, and the second stands 15’x30’x9.5’. The third and final building is 15’x40’x9.5’ in size, and all (3) buildings were made a foot higher than normal in order to accommodate 8’ roll-up doors for RV and Boat Storage.
Among them, the buildings house a total of (14) rentable units. The first building has (6) 10’x20’ units and (1) 25’x20’ unit, and the second has (3) 10’x15’ units. The third building is home to an additional (4) 10’x15’ rental units.
All (3) mini storage buildings were constructed with R-8 insulation in the roofs to help minimize utility costs and enhance user comfort, and they were also designed with wind speeds of 100 mph and ground snow loads of 30 lbs. to ensure maximum durability regardless of climate conditions.
