Durable, sustainable and low-maintenance, the Regency Storage Systems steel building is 45’x180’x8.5’ once erect and offers unmatched strength and durability, leading to reliable protection for assets stored inside. Overhead, a corrosion-resistant, ultra-durable Galvalume gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch provides protection from the Midwestern elements, and inside, it contains (50) storage units the owner rents out in exchange for fees.

There are (16) 10’x30’ storage units with 9’x8’ framed door openings, (16) 10’x15’ storage units, also with 9’x8’ framed door openings, and (18) 5’x10’ storage units with 4’x8’ framed door openings. Installed in those door openings are (32) 9’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches and (18) 4’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors, also featuring stainless-steel latch hardware. There are also rugged, 29-gauge steel partitions functioning as dividers between storage units.

Other customizations include gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control applied to the steel building’s roof panels, all of which help guard against condensation, mold and mildew. A 14-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind load are additional upgrades made in compliance with local building codes.

Located in west-central Ohio, the city of Bellefontaine is the county seat of Logan County. The community lies about 35 miles north of Springfield, Ohio, and about 58 miles northwest of Columbus.
