Spacious and secure, the Regency Storage Systems metal building features top-of-the-line steel construction and now functions as a self-storage business. Once erect, the steel mini storage building is 20’x200’x8.5’ in size and features (80) individual storage units consumers can rent and use in exchange for a fee.

Overhead, the mini storage building features a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a mild 0.5:12 pitch, and it also has insulation in the roof. The insulation keeps storage unit temperatures consistent, protecting assets kept inside, and it also leads to lower heating and cooling costs for the property owner.

Each storage unit has its own point of access, and found throughout the self-storage facility are (80) 9’x7’ framed door openings enclosing (80) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. Other noteworthy features and customizations include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 3.5-pound snow load, which keep the mini storage building compliant with local building and engineering code requirements.
