Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) metal mini storage buildings in Bethalto, Illinois, in March of 2022.
Light Stone in color with a combination of Light Stone and Burnished Slate trim, the Regency Storage Systems buildings offer superior strength and durability and together function as a self-storage facility. The first building, Building A, is 40’x110’8.5’, while Buildings C and D are equal in size, with each standing 40’x220’x8.5’.
Overhead, all (3) structures sport Galvalume gable roofs with 1:12 pitches. In total, the self-storage facility has (122) storage units distributed throughout that the owner rents out in exchange for a fee.
Inside Building A are (13) 10’x10’ units, (8) 10’x20’ units and (5) 10’x30’ storage units, all of which have 9’x7’ framed door openings. Distributed between Buildings B and C are (38) 10’x10’ units, (36) 10’x20’ storage units and (22) 10’x30’ units, all of which also have 9’x7’ framed door openings. There are also rugged, 29-gauge partition panels dividing the buildings and separating the storage units.
Each storage unit also has its own entry point, and there are (122) Bronze-colored 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors located throughout the (3) mini storage buildings. Other accommodations include a 3”, WMP-VRR-faced roof vapor barrier, a 23.1-psf roof snow load and a wind speed rating of 117 mph.
Situated in southwestern Illinois and part of the Greater St. Louis metro area, the village of Bethalto sits about 277 miles outside Chicago and about 290 miles southwest of Evanston.
