Regency Steel Buildings supplied this desert sand-colored mini storage building for customer in Bozeman, Montana in 2014.

Desert sand in color with forest green trim, the attractive and highly durable prefabricated mini storage building is topped with a Galvalume roof, with a 0.5:12 roof pitch. The roof also has a 2 5/8” vapor barrier to prevent the formation of condensation.

Boasting a finished size of 30’x70’x8.5’ the steel mini storage building houses a total of (59) units. These include (12) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed openings, (3) 10’x30’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings, (11) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings and an additional (22) 10’x15’ units, also with 9’x7’ framed openings. The building also includes (12) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless steel latches, (50) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, also with stainless steel latches, and (1) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage door with a stainless steel latch. All doors include a top head seal for additional security.

Additional features and details of this mini storage project include Montana engineer-stamped building drawings, Montana engineer-stamped slab drawings, wedge anchors and fasteners and 29-gauge partition panels with a Galvalume finish.

With the typical climate and considerable snowfall of the Bozeman area in mind, the building was designed with a wind speed of 90 mph, a ground snow load of 43 lbs. and a roof snow load of 30.1 lbs.

The City of Bozeman is located within Gallatin County, in southwestern Montana. It lies about 85 miles from Butte and roughly 28 miles outside Livingston.
