Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pre-engineered steel self-storage building for a customer in Brewton, Alabama in October of 2020.
Provided for use as a self-storage center, the insulated, energy-efficient Regency Steel building features top-quality construction, resulting in reliable protection for assets stored inside. When raised, the metal mini storage building is 80’x120’x8.5’ in size, and overhead, it has a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch.
The mini storage building has (73) framed openings throughout. Featured are (71) 9’x7’ openings enclosing (71) Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, (1) 4’x7’ walk door opening enclosing (1) 4’x7’ steel entry door, and (1) 3’x7’ walk door opening enclosing (1) 3070 steel entry door.
The self-storage building also has an insulation package, with 4” of insulation with a vapor barrier installed in its roof and walls. Other customizations include a wind speed rating of 135 mph; an inclusion made in adherence to local building and engineering codes.
Located in south-central Alabama, the city of Brewton is part of Escambia County, situated just north of the Florida Panhandle. It sits about 88 miles from Enterprise, Alabama, and about 57 miles north of Pensacola, Florida.
