Regency Steel Buildings was pleased to supply these (3) pre-engineered metal self-storage buildings for a customer in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in May of 2019.
Rugged and built to last, the mini storage buildings offer optimal structural integrity, and together, they function as a self-storage facility. All (3) buildings differ in terms of size, with the first standing 20’x100’x8.5’, the second, 30’x100’x8.5’, and the third, 10’x310’x8.5’.
The self-storage buildings all feature corrosion-resistant roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead, all of which are comprised of heavy-duty Galvalume steel panels. Other notable mini storage complex features include (166) framed openings, among them (140) 9’x7’ framed openings housing (140) 9’x7’ mini storage doors and (26) 4’x7’ framed openings, each of which encloses one of (26) 4’x7’ mini storage doors.
To keep the mini storage complex compliant with local building code requirements, a 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional facility attributes. Tulsa’s largest suburb, Broken Arrow is part of northeastern Oklahoma’s Tulsa County. The city lies about 14 miles southeast of Tulsa and about 16 miles from Jenks.
