Three Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Channelview, Texas

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) pre-engineered metal mini storage buildings for a buyer in Channelview, Texas, in January, 2016.

All (3) buildings boast beige paint with complementing forest green trim, and all are covered and protected overhead by hardwearing Galvalume metal roofs. The first building is 10’x155’x8.5’ with a 0.5:12 roof pitch, while the second stands 10’x200’x8.5’ and also has a 0.5:12 roof pitch. The third and final building is 10’x180’x8.5’ in size and has a 12:12 roof pitch. All three buildings are crafted from premium-grade steel components.

The buildings all have R-10 metal building insulation installed within their roofs to help reduce condensation. Distributed among the buildings are a total of (69) doors, (38) of which are 9’x7’ Janus Model 750 mini storage doors, and (31) of which are 4’x7’ mini storage doors of the same variety. All (69) doors are painted forest green, and they are upgraded to stainless steel models with accompanying stainless steel latches.

To enhance durability with respect for the climate of the surrounding area, the buildings all feature wind speeds of 105 mph and snow loads of 20 lbs. Located within Harris County and a part of the Houston – Sugar Land – Baytown metropolitan area, Channelview lies about 12 miles outside Pasadena and 11 miles from Baytown.
