The latest in a series of metal mini storage buildings supplied for the same customer, these (2) Regency Steel metal buildings offer unmatched structural integrity and together function as a self-storge facility. Comprised of durable, sustainable steel components, the first metal mini storage building is 20’x108’x8.5’ when raised, while the second steel mini storage building stands 60’x115’x9.5’.

Both buildings have protection overhead in the form of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roofs with slight 0.5:12 pitches, and between them, they contain (68) storage units available for rent in several different sizes.

Inside the first mini storage building are (4) 12’x20’ storage units with 10’x7’ framed door openings, (10) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings and (4) 5’x10’ storage units with 4’x7’ framed door openings. The second steel mini storage building contains (20) 10’x15’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings, (20) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings and (10) 5’x10’ storage units with 4’x7’ framed door openings.

Each storage unit available for rent has its own point of access. In total, the self-storge facility contains (4) 10’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, (50) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (14) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, and all doors have stainless-steel entry latches. There are also (6) 4070 half-glass steel entry doors with panic hardware, closers and lever locks distributed between the (2) self-storage buildings.

Engineered to comply with local building codes, the mini storage buildings also feature 115-mph wind speed ratings and 7-psf roof snow loads.
