Durable and secure, the Regency Steel mini storage building functions as a self-storage facility and has (15) separate storage units available for rent. The metal mini storage building is an expansive 30’x180’x8.5’ in size, and dividing the storage units are rugged, 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes.
Overhead, the self-storage building boasts a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and inside it are (15) 12’x30’ storage units, each of which has one of (15) 10’x8’ framed door openings. Each framed door opening holds one of (15) 10’x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.
The steel mini storage building features several customizations and upgrades, including DripX condensation control on the roof and gutters and downspouts, which help prevent condensation and water damage. Regency Storage Systems also engineered the building to comply with the building codes in place in Chickasha, adding a 115-mph wind load and a 7-psf roof snow load. Located in west-central Grady County, the city of Chickasha lies 18 miles east of Anadarko and about 42 miles outside Oklahoma City.
