Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Chickasha, Oklahoma

Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pair of pre-engineered metal mini storage buildings in Chickashaw, Oklahoma, in March of 2021.

Designed and engineered for use as a self-storage facility, the Regency Storage Systems mini storage buildings are identical, with each standing 30’x150’x8.5’ once erect. Comprised of durable, quality steel parts, the buildings offer impressive structural integrity, making them safe, secure places to store goods. Protecting the interior of the buildings from the elements are rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, and between them, they contain (32) rentable storage units.

Distributed between the self-storage buildings are (12) 10×10’ storage units, each of which has one of (12) 9’x7’ framed openings, and (52) 10’x15’ storage units, each featuring one of (52) 9’x7’ framed openings. Each storage unit has its own door providing access inside. In total, there are (64) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors divided between the buildings.

Regency Steel also included 29-gauge partition panels that divide each storage unit and gutters and downspouts, which help move water away from the buildings’ roofs and foundations. They also have DripX condensation control applied to the roof, which further prevents water damage.

Additional customizations made in adherence to local building and engineering codes include 115-mph wind loads and 7-pound roof snow loads. Located near central Oklahoma, the city of Chickasha is part of Grady County. It sits 42 miles southwest of Oklahoma City and 47 miles from Lawton.
