Mini Storage Outlet provided this striking steel mini storage building for a buyer in Cole Camp, Missouri in 2013. The building now operates as a mini storage facility. It features a variety of custom upgrades, including chateaux locks on unit doors and a custom solar guard insulation system in the roof.
The storage building stands 40’x168’x8.5’, and contains (14) 12’x20’ units with 10’x7’ framed openings, (7) 12’x10’ units, also with 10’x7’ framed openings, and an additional (7) 12’x30’ units with 10’x7’ framed openings. The mini storage units feature 4’x4’ eave trim, as well as a total of (28) 10’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors.
Additional project details and features include Missouri engineer-stamped drawings, wedge anchors and fasteners, 29-gauge partition panels with a Galvalume finish and gutters and downspouts.
In consideration of the climate and typical weather patterns of Cole Camp, the building was designed with a wind speed of 90 mph, a ground snow load of 30 lbs. and a roof snow load of 18 lbs.
