Both low maintenance and energy efficient, the buildings are crafted from high-end steel components. The first building stands 60’x50’x14’ in size once fully erect, while the second stands 55’x40’x14’. Both buildings feature rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with 2:12 pitches, and distributed between them are (5) framed openings varying in size and function. Included are (2) 10’x12’ openings, (1) 12’x14’ opening and (2) 3070 openings enclosing (2) 3070 steel walk doors.
To help maintain consistent temperatures for stored goods year-round, R-30 metal building insulation is installed in the buildings’ roofs, while R-19 insulation can be found within the walls. A snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 130 mph serve as additional project features and were included in consideration of the typical climate in the area.
