Mini Storage Building Kit in Cory, Colorado

In operation as a mini storage units since 2009 Regency Steel Buildings supplied this Central Storage Works polar white building with a galvalume roof. Located in Cory, Colorado not far from Grand Junction the building has some distinctive features making it functional and an attractive addition to the community.

The mini storage building has two sections, one being 30’ x 20’ x 12’ and the other 30’ x 80’ x 8’ 6” in size. The first section features two Janus rollup doors a 14’ X 10’ and a 9’ x 7’. The second section houses 16 individual storage units – eight of which are 10’ x 10’ and the rest are 10’ x 20’. Each of these sixteen units has a 9’ x 7’ Janus rollup door. This building owned by Hershberger Construction has a wind load rating of 90 MPH and a 30 lbs. snow load rating.
