Self-Storage Building Kit in Crivitz, Wisconsin

Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated self-storage building for a buyer in Crivitz, Wisconsin, in June of 2016.

Exceedingly rugged and durable, the building stands 40’x150’x9.5’ in size and is covered and protected from above by a corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch. Crafted from top-quality steel materials, it now operates as a mini storage complex. Inside it are (30) 9’x8’ framed openings, each adorned with one of (30) 9’x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.

To enhance durability given the variable temperatures commonly seen throughout the Crivitz area, a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 42 lbs. serve as additional project features. A small village in northeastern Wisconsin’s Marinette County, Crivitz lies about 99 miles outside Wausau and about 54 miles from Green Bay.
