Engineered by Regency Storage Systems, the metal mini storage buildings offer optimal strength and durability and together undergo use as a self-storage facility. Comprised of hardwearing, quality steel components, the first metal mini storage building, Building A, is 50’x165’x14’/16’ and has a single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. The second self-storage building, Building B, is an expansive 70’x210’x16’ when raised and has a gable roof that also has a 0.5:12 pitch.

Inside Building A are (11) 15’x50’ storage units, each of which has one of (11) 12’x14’ framed door openings. Building B contains (15) 14’x45’ storage units, each containing one of (15) 12’x14’ framed openings, and (15) 14’x25’ storage units, each of which contains one of (15) 12’x14’ framed door openings.

Serving as dividers between the storage units are heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels. The steel mini storage buildings also feature several upgrades, including painted roof panels, (3) step-downs and gutters and downspouts, which help prevent water damage caused by condensation.
