Comprised of premium-quality steel components, the metal buildings together operate as a self-storage facility, offering unmatched strength, durability and protection for stored goods. Following a simple erection process, the first building stands 20’x240’x9.5’ in size, while the second steel mini storage building boasts a finished size of 25’x240’x8.5’. Overhead, both storage buildings feature robust Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, and distributed between the (2) buildings are (75) framed openings.

Featured are (24) 9’x8’ openings equipped with (24) 9’x8’ doors, (5) 4’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (5) 4’x7’ mini storage doors, and (46) 9’x7’ openings each equipped with one of (46) 9’x7’ mini storage doors. In adherence to local building code requirements and in consideration of the weather and climate patterns typical of Crowley, the self-storage facility buildings each feature a 90-mph wind speed rating and a 20-pound snow load.
