Constructed using top-quality steel components, the building stands 15/20’x220’x8.5’ in size once raised, and it features a Gray exterior with a matching Gray roof with a 0.5:12 pitch overhead, which offers reliable protection for renters’ stored goods.
Distributed throughout the metal self-storage building are (22) 9’x7’ framed openings enclosing (22) 9’x7’ mini storage doors, and a 110-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional facility feature added in adherence to local building code requirements.
