Desert sand in color with a matching roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, the mini storage building boasts a finished size of 30’x150’x8.5’. Inside it are a total of (34) framed openings, which include (6) 4’x7’ openings enclosing (6) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (28) 9’x7’ openings enclosing (28) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.
Additional project features include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 35 lbs. These inclusions were made in consideration of the climate of Crystal and the surrounding region. A small city located within Iron County on Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Crystal is situated about 31 miles outside Mt. Pleasant and 56 miles from Lansing.
