Standing an expansive 25’x130’x8.5’ in size, the building features premium-quality steel construction and is broken down into separate, rentable storage units. It features a rugged, long-lasting Galvalume roof with a 0.5:12 pitch overhead, which offers reliable protection for stored goods, and it also features R-10 insulation within the roof, which helps the interior of the facility maintain a consistent temperature.
Distributed throughout the metal self-storage center are (29) framed openings, which include (5) 4’x7’ openings enclosing (5) 4’x7’ mini storage doors and (24) 9’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (24) 9’x7’ mini storage doors. A 115-mph wind speed rating and a 20-pound snow load serve as supplemental mini storage building features added in compliance with local building code requirements.
The largest city in north-central Alabama’s Cullman County, the city of Cullman sits on top of the Brindley Mountain plateau. The community is located about 55 miles south of Huntsville and approximately 50 miles north of Birmingham.
