Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) metal mini storage buildings for a buyer in Culloden, West Virginia in 2009.
The first building stands 35’x60’x8.6’ and the second, 25’x120’x8.6’. Together, they serve as a mini storage facility with (33) rentable units. These include (6) 10’x35’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings, (9) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ openings, (12) 10’x15’ units, also with 9’x7’ framed openings and finally, (6) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ openings. Both buildings have Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with custom stainless steel latches; (6) are sized 4’x7’ and (29) are 9’x7’. In addition, Building B features a 12” step at the 70’ mark.
Additional building features include gutters and downspouts, wedge anchors, West Virginia engineer-stamped drawings and 29-gauge partition walls with a Galvalume finish. With the typical climate and seasonal snowfall of Culloden in mind, the buildings were constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph, a ground snow load of 30 lbs. and a roof snow load of 21 lbs.
Culloden is a census-designated area located within both Cabell and Putnam Counties, in western West Virginia. It sits about 22 miles from Tornado and 7.5 miles from Hurricane.
